Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@robuststore.com with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Accompanied by original packaging and tags

  • Supported by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to complete the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
